Box.com offers several pricing plans. The Business Starter plan costs $5 per user/month (paid annually) with a minimum of 3 users. The Business plan is priced at $15 per user/month (paid annually) with a minimum of 3 users. The Business Plus plan costs $25 per user/month (paid annually) with a minimum of 3 users. The Enterprise plan is priced at $35 per user/month (paid annually) with a minimum of 3 users. There is also an Enterprise Plus plan with custom pricing. All these plans offer different features and services. For example, the Business Starter plan offers 100 GB of storage with a single file upload limit of 2 GB. The Enterprise plan, on the other hand, offers unlimited storage with a single file upload limit of 50 GB. It's important to choose the plan that best suits your needs.
About Box.com Payment Method?
Box.com accepts payments via credit card, wire transfer, ACH, and check. However, it no longer accepts Direct Debit. Customers using the legacy Direct Debit method who need to update their payment details will need to switch to a supported payment method. The credit cards accepted by Box include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. JCB is eligible for customers located in Japan. The maximum payment accepted via credit card is $50,000.00 or the equivalent in any other currency. Payments by wire transfer or check are available for Business-level contracted accounts only, and payment amounts must be at least $1000.00 or the equivalent in any other currency. How do I cancel my subscription on Box.com?
To cancel a subscription on Box.com, the steps vary depending on the type of account.
For an Individual Plan, follow these steps:
- Click the account avatar in the upper right, then select Account Settings.
- In the Account Details section, click Cancel Account.
- Complete the survey and click Continue.
- Click Permanently Cancel My Account to confirm and complete the process. The account will cancel at the end of the service term.
For a Business or Enterprise Plan, only the account administrator can cancel the account. Here are the steps:
- Go to Admin Console > Account & Billing.
- In the Status field in the Account Information section, click Cancel Account.
- Complete the survey and click Cancel My Account.
- Click Permanently Cancel My Account to confirm and complete the process. The account will cancel at the end of the service term.
If the account administrator is unable to cancel the account or did not receive a confirmation email, it's recommended to email cancel@box.com. Cancellation requests made through other channels may be missed and could result in continued charges.
Please note that you cannot cancel an individual (personal, free) account. You can only delete it. To delete an individual account, follow these steps:
- Click your account avatar in the upper right, and then select Account Settings.
- In the Account Details section, click Permanently Delete Account.
- Click Okay to confirm and complete the process. Deletion will not happen immediately, but will take a short amount of time.
Remember, cancellation or deletion of an account should be done with caution as it might lead to loss of data and access to services. It's always a good idea to back up any important data before proceeding with account cancellation or deletion.
